Cancellation Policy
Local Wax Plug requires all clients to be 18+ to book independently. Clients under 18 must contact me directly prior to booking and have a parent/guardian present and/or provide any required consent.
A $10 late fee will be applied to all appointments if arriving later than 10 minutes.
No show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled services after 15 minutes from the appointment time.
